Dave Saley

Owner
Dave is a master carpenter who started his first company when he was 20. After 35 years as a general contractor, Dave changed his focus to water, fire and mold restoration after Superstorm Sandy devastated his home and left him and his neighbors not knowing where to turn. Since then he has been helping people understand the process of restoration and guiding them through the initial stress and anxiety. Dave is a motorcycle enthusiast and plays guitar in his spare time.
Don Pearson

Marketing Manager
Don is a graduate of Middlesex Community College with a Degree in Computer Science. His work experience includes over 30 years with residential and commercial floor covering, and 10 years as insurance adjuster. He is certified with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and a licensed P&C. In his spare time, you can find him researching his family history. Don listens to anything from Mozart to Metal, and will eat pretty much everything!
Deb Bowler

Marketing Specialist
Deb is a graduate of Rutgers College. She has a background in Public Relations and is experienced at both Digital Marketing and Sales and Marketing. She likes visiting art museums and traveling abroad. When at home she can be found hanging out with her Labrador Retriever and rescue Lab mix. She can eat pizza at least once a week!
Dhara Deak

Office Manager
Dhara is a graduate of Monroe Township High School and attended Brookdale Community College. Her work experience ranges from working with children to running an office. Dhara Loves spending time with friends and family, enjoys listening to any type of music and loves watching horror movies.
David J. Saley

Head of Production
DJ graduated Monroe Twp. HS in 2010 as a four - time District 20 Champion wrestler and was named in the Top 12 State (NJ) wrestlers. He then went on to graduate from Belmont Abbey College where his wrestling career was cut short due to injury. Since then Dave has officiated State Wrestling matches and runs a free clinic for Monroe Twp. Recreation Center twice a year (spring/Fall). Dave has been in the restoration business since Super Storm Sandy in 2012 and is IICRC certified. Areas of expertise include fire/smoke damage, water damage, mold, asbestos, lead, reconstruction and insurance claim settlement. He enjoys listening to Classic Rock, and when asked his what his favorite food is, his response was “Wrestler’s don’t eat!”
Etiini Udott

Project Manager
Etiini is a graduate of Piscataway High School and Centenary University, where he had a successful wrestling career. While at Centenary he majored in Criminal Justice. Etiini loves working with people and has previously been a Mobile Expert for T-Mobile and a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Bernie. Etiini is IICRC certified. He’s a fan of Hip Hop and Rap and loves Italian food.
