Restoration is a multi-step process, and with each step our goal is to deliver service that is worthy of a five-star rating.

This is why we have come up with our Complete Customer Experience, which ensures each step is performed with complete satisfaction.

Call Center

Our call center operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you can reach the help you need when you need it. Call us anytime of the day or night to schedule a free Damage Evaluation appointment with one of our IICRC Certified Water Damage Experts.

 

Free Damage Assessment and Estimate

Once on site, your Certified Experts will address any of your concerns, document the damages, and take moisture readings. Then, using IICRC standards, they will develop a Restoration Action Plan (R.A.P.) and provide you with a detailed estimate for the R.A.P.

 

Emergency Water Removal and Drying

Once approved by you, our Certified Water Damage Technicians will execute your customized R.A.P. by removing any standing water and employing our state-of-the-art drying equipment.

 

Monitoring

To ensure the quality of the water damage restoration process, your Certified Water Damage Expert will inspect the operation of our equipment and take new moisture readings daily.

 

Direct Insurance Billing

Upon completion of the R.A.P., initial billing will be directly charged to your homeowners’ insurance, whenever applicable.

 

Reconstruction

Once the property is dry, sanitized, and safe, your Certified Expert will coordinate the replacement of any unsalvageable items with you. They’ll even bring samples of finish materials to you so you can shop at home!

 

Satisfaction

To ensure your satisfaction, final payment is not due until our team of experts have finished, you’ve inspected the work, and you sign a Certificate of Satisfaction.

 

Close-Out

Once your R.A.P. is complete and you’re satisfied, we’ll provide you with digital copies of all essential paperwork, including a written warranty.
